I own several properties in Saskatoon. Before going with a Property Management company for my first property, I did a lot of research as to what and who is out there, and I'm glad I did. Elite Property Management Ltd. by far offers the best service and competitive rates. I am kept informed about my properties and know that they screen anyone applying to live in them quite closely. If you choose to rent out your home, having renters is always a risk but you rest assured that this company is taking care of everything for you, and dealing with any/all issues that may arise. Right from my first initial meeting with the Property Administrator, who was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions, I was confident that I was making the best decision by choosing them. I recommend them to people I know and look forward to dealing with them for many years as they continue to grow.
